Recruiting, Training and Retaining Catechists

Recruiting catechists has proven to be a challenging task for many parishes. Rita Martinez, the Director of Faith Formation for the Diocese of Tyler, will share her insights on effective strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining catechists. She will draw from her own experiences as well as those of others from across the nation. A small breakfast and lunch will be provided!
