A Message from Bishop Strickland
Today, it is clear that the forces of the world oppose the family and Catholic faith. In the midst of this chaos, where the very structures of Christianity seem shaken to the ground, we hear the hope of our Lord, “Behold, I make all things new” (Rev 21:5).
Last year, during our 30th anniversary, we reflected together on how we can “turn the corner” into a bright future.
Now, it is time as a Diocese to “make all things new”.
We must teach the faith anew. We must rebuild the family. We must provide our parishes with new leaders, new priests. We must proclaim to all the treasure of Christ, found, body and blood, in the Eucharist.
Help make all things new in Jesus Christ.
