The Three to Get Married marriage formation retreat weekend is an opportunity for couples to learn how to put Christ at the center of their marriages as they prepare for the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony. Mentor couples are also invited and encouraged to attend with their engaged couples.
The retreat will cover important formation topics such as Communication and Family of Origin, but will also spend time with the treasures of our Catholic faith, such as the importance of prayer, the sacraments, Confession, and the Holy Eucharist. This is an important part of the marriage formation process, and we are looking forward to having you with us!
Weekend Information
This retreat weekend will be held at Wellspring Fransalian Center for Spirituality (16828 FM2964, Whitehouse, TX 75791) . The Friday session will go from 5:30 pm-9:45 pm and the Saturday session will be from 8:30 am-8:00 pm.
Please note: This retreat has overnight accommodations available. There are a limited number of rooms available (engaged couples will sleep in separate rooms), so please register early if this is your preference. You can also select the commuter option if you do not have a need to stay onsite overnight.
In order to receive credit towards your marriage formation, engaged couples are required to stay for the entire retreat weekend. Please select another weekend retreat if you are unable to stay for full Friday and Saturday sessions.
Registration
Registration is per COUPLE not per person. Only one registration form should be filled out per couple attending.
These retreat weekends only have a certain number of spots available. If you know that this weekend works best for your schedule, please register as soon as possible. Once spaces are filled, we will open a waiting list.
Mentor Couples
We encourage mentor couples to participate in this retreat weekend with their engaged couples.
Commuter Engaged Couple: $100 per couple
Overnight Engaged Couple: $185 per couple
Mentor Couple: $50 per couple
Overnight Mentor Couple: $125
