The Marquette Method is a scientific, evidence-based method of NFP that uses an at-home fertility monitor to measure urinary fertility hormones. Group classes are intended for women/couples in regular cycles. Please contact me for individualized instruction if you are in a different reproductive stage (postpartum/breastfeeding, perimenopause) or if you have any reproductive health conditions.

Cost is $50/couple and includes formal follow-ups with chart reviews at 1, 3, and 6 months as well as availability to address any questions/concerns in between.
