The Gift Processing & Data Management Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the mission of the Diocese of Tyler through the accurate processing of charitable contributions and maintenance of donor information.
This position is responsible for managing gift entry, maintaining donor database integrity, generating donor acknowledgments, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of donor records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
This role is best suited for an individual who enjoys structured work, takes ownership of responsibilities, works independently, and is committed to producing accurate, high-quality results.
