Diocesan Women's Retreat
March 21, 2026
Saturday, March 21, 2026
10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
W. T. Brookshire Conference Center
(2000 West Front Street, Tyler, TX 75702)
Optional Vigil Mass with Bishop Kelly at 5:00 p.m.
Beloved: The Lord is With You is a one-day retreat for women seeking deeper communion with God and with one another. Through prayer, worship, and honest sharing, we will reflect on what it means to be seen, known, and loved by God.
Anchored in the story of the Annunciation, we will journey with Mary, the first to hear and receive the Good News, reflecting on how to respond to God’s presence in our own lives with courage, trust, and an open heart. Above all, we will learn to receive God’s loving gaze and see ourselves the way he sees us.
There will be talks, small group sharing, time for personal prayer, opportunity for confession, adoration, and Mass. You are a necessary member of the Body of Christ! We hope to see you there.
Families are invited to join us for the Vigil Mass with Bishop Gregory Kelly at 5:00 p.m.

- Once you enter the code, the “Join the Waitlist” button will appear.
- Fill out the waitlist form.
- You will receive confirmation that you are on the waitlist.
How will I know if a ticket has been released to me?
Beginning December 1, if any tickets become available, Eventbrite will automatically send you an email letting you know that a spot has opened. You will have 24 hours to claim your ticket. Simply click “Claim My Spot” in the email and you will be taken to the checkout page.
If you provided your phone number, our office will also call to let you know that the email has been sent. Please note that we can only hold your spot for 24 hours, and Eventbrite will automatically offer the ticket to the next person on the waitlist once that window has passed.
We are only able to send one email notification and one phone call, so please keep an eye on your inbox during this time.
We know that many of you from outside of the Diocese of Tyler desire to join us for this event. We encourage you to join the waitlist beginning December 1st. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have sought to make this retreat more accessible to the women in East Texas.
For questions about the retreat please contact Deanna Johnston at djohnston@dioceseoftyler.org or 903-534-1077 x120.
