PAROCHIAL ADMINISTRATOR

Rev. Hector Arvizu assigned as parochial administrator of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Gilmer (from parochial vicar of Sacred Heart in Nacogdoches).

Rev. Cesar Betancourt assigned as parochial administrator of Most Holy Trinity Parish in Trinity (from parochial administrator of St. Francis of Assisi in Gilmer).

Rev. Jorge Dinguis assigned as parochial administrator (priest-in-charge) of Sacred Heart Mission in Rusk and Ven. Antonio Margil Mission in Alto (from leave of absence).

Rev. Bill Palmer assigned as parochial administrator of St. Mary of the Cenacle in New Boston (from priest-in-residence at Immaculate Conception in Jefferson).

Rev. Carlos Piedrahita assigned as parochial administrator of Holy Family Parish in Lindale (from parochial vicar of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Tyler).

PAROCHIAL VICAR

Rev. David Bailey assigned as parochial vicar of St. Mary Magdalene Parish in Flint (newly ordained).

Rev. Roselio Fuentes assigned as parochial vicar of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Tyler and to further studies at Catholic University of America (from parochial vicar of Sacred Heart in Nacogdoches).

Rev. Michael Ledesma assigned as parochial vicar of Sacred Heart Parish in Nacogdoches and to further studies in Rome (newly ordained).

Rev. Jose Marin assigned as parochial vicar of Sacred Heart Parish in Nacogdoches (from parochial vicar of St. Andrew and St. Patrick in Lufkin).

Rev. Albert Motte assigned as parochial vicar of St. Edward Parish in Athens (newly ordained).

Rev. Nicholas Nappier assigned as parochial vicar of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Tyler (newly ordained).

Rev. Matthew Stehling assigned as parochial vicar of Sacred Heart Parish in Nacogdoches (from sabbatical).

OTHER

Very Rev. John Gomez assigned to continue ministry as diocesan vicar general on full-time basis (from temporary parochial administrator of Holy Family in Lindale).

Rev. Nelson Munoz appointed diocesan assistant vocations director. Father Munoz will continue as pastor of St. Therese of Lisieux Parish in Center.

Very Rev. Nolan Lowry appointed diocesan vocations director. Father Lowry will continue as pastor of St. Edward Parish in Athens.

Rev. Joshua Neu has been released from pastoral service in the diocese to serve on the staff of Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans (from chaplain of St. John Paul II Campus Ministry in Tyler and diocesan vocations director).

The pastoral care of St. John Paull II Campus Ministry in Tyler has been assigned to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
