The annual 40 Days for Life campaign in the Diocese of Tyler kicks-off on Sept. 19 and runs from Sept. 22 to Oct. 31.

40 Days for Life is an independent effort but carries out the campaign with the support of the diocesan Sanctity of Life Office.

Participants can support efforts to protect mothers and children by joining this worldwide mobilization of prayer, fasting, and peaceful vigils for an end to abortion.

With God’s help, 40 Days for Life has inspired 1,000,000,000+ volunteers with proven results in 26 coordinated campaigns: 18,855 babies saved from abortion, 221 abortion workers converted, 112 abortion centers closed.

The campaign begins with a Kick-Off Rally on Sept. 19 at 6 p.m.  at Bishop Gorman School in Tyler.
