The Diocese of Tyler invites you to the 2023 Diocesan Eucharistic Congress set for June 9-10 at the Chapel of Sts. Peter and Paul and Bishop Gorman School in Tyler. This year’s Eucharistic Congress, with the theme “One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism,” focuses on the transformative power of the Sacrament of Baptism and our baptismal call.

The English-language keynote speaker is Dr. John Bergsma, a professor of theology at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. The Spanish-language keynote speaker is Bishop Daniel Flores who has served as bishop of Brownsville since 2009.

The Congress begins Friday evening with check-in (4:30 p.m.) and Mass (5:30 p.m.), followed by an evening of learning, prayer, and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Saturday features a light breakfast and morning prayer, followed by speakers, breakout sessions, and speaker panels before the closing Mass.

No matter who you are or where you are in the diocese, you are a part of our God-given mission. So come and gain wisdom, refresh your soul, and meet new people! Learn and grow – together – at the 2023 Eucharistic Congress.
