Catholic Family Adventure Club Used Book Sale: The Catholic Family Adventure Club is hosting their 4th Annual Used Book Sale for Home Schooling families. The Book Sale will be on Thursday, May 21, 2026 from 6:00-9:00 pm at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Flint (18221 FM 2493, Flint, TX 75762). Book sellers must register by May 8th. Diaconate Ordinations: Bishop Kelly and the Vocations Office for the Diocese of Tyler are excited to share that five seminarians will be ordained to the transitional diaconate this summer! Victor Baez, Patrick Cook, Luke Davis, Joseph Fiorentino, and Joel McMichael will be ordained deacons on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Sts. Peter and Paul in Tyler. Please keep these young men in your prayers as they continue to prepare for this special occasion!

Diocesan Formation Conference: The Diocesan Formation Conference will be on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m at Bishop Gorman School in Tyler. Join us for a day of catechetical formation featuring keynote speaker Adrián Alberto Herrera, associate director of Evangelization and Catechesis from the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. The day will also include Mass, breakout sessions for all areas of formation, lunch, vendors and more! This conference is for all catechists, youth ministers, and faith formation leaders and volunteers in the Diocese of Tyler. Registration information coming soon!
