Diocesan Formation Conference: The Diocesan Formation Conference will be on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m at Bishop Gorman School in Tyler. Join us for a day of catechetical formation featuring keynote speaker Adrián Alberto Herrera, associate director of Evangelization and Catechesis from the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. The day will also include Mass, breakout sessions for all areas of formation, lunch, vendors and more! St. James Catholic Church Women’s Retreat: St. James Catholic Church in Sulphur Springs (297 Texas St., Sulphur Springs, TX 75482) is hosting a women’s retreat on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The theme for the retreat is “Surrender.
